I was on your site watching these some time ago already. Seems to be quite professional work you are doing and thise concepts are really great.

After C&C 4 (not even worthy of the title...) and settlers 7 (great but huge) I'd really like some good old base building.

I'm a Blender 3D artist but I focus mainly on the characters, the cartoony and furry ones... But I might try making a hires model of this building as I have some experience of mechanics (and I really liked the old games). Mech hand from the front, From the back, And animation test.

But lets see if I can make it good enough. I'm not much of a texture artist though and I have a personal project on the way that I wish to finish first. But yeah. I'd like to hear all extra info about this building and later on, see if I can make it.

Thanks for the kind words, I'm always trying to push the level of my work so hearing it described as professional is very gratifying.

That hand model is cool, kind of reminds me of those Lego Bionicle pieces. ;) We'd love to have your modeling and animation skills on the project if you're free to work with us. When you're done with your project you can apply on our main website, we have a little entry process but with the skills I see already it would be mostly a formality.

Best of luck on your project, that dog character reminds me of many jackal sculptures I saw in Egypt and the facial poses in your gallery are intriguing.

That hand is my first more complex mechanical model. And I still need an arm. Lets just say that I feel I'm a bit inexperienced still. Ask for a furry though and you'll get one.

And thanks to you too. I love making faces. :D
I have this month dedicated to that model, perhaps takes longer now that I have a normal day job. The main reason it takes so long though is that I plan to make it morphable on the fly. Once I figure out how to do that, it's my key to crowds.

Say what, I finish that character and try making this building. If I'm happy with it, I'll apply, If I'm not happy with it, I'll just stay quiet. I'd like to be part of this project but I just need to get comfortable with myself first. OK perhaps I put this up a bit early. Kinda like "I'm available and MAY do it..." Sorry about that. :bucktooth:

It's kinda funny to think it took 12 (or 18) people to make Doom if I know right. Nowdays you can find more people making mods with their own QA groups. :D
